- Coordinate logistics for outreach events
- Follow up with contacts to ensure continued engagement
- Promote services through social media and local networks
- Support enrollment in health programs through direct assistance
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of health offerings
- Travel to various locations as needed for outreach activities
- Ensure compliance with privacy and data policies
- Use digital tools to manage outreach schedules and contacts
- Assist in training new outreach staff when required
- Monitor community trends to identify new engagement opportunities
- Escalate complex cases to appropriate internal teams
- Maintain professional boundaries while building rapport
- Support crisis intervention efforts when necessary
