Nest Health is looking for an Outreach Specialist to advance our mission through proactive, relationship-based community engagement. You will be the first point of contact for eligible families, introducing them to our comprehensive in-home primary care services and working to meet ambitious activation targets.
What You'll Do
- Conduct telephonic, email, text, and in-person outreach to eligible families to schedule and ensure completion of their initial clinical visits.
- Use Nest Health's customer relations management tool to manage eligibility lists and meet daily, weekly, and monthly scheduling targets.
- Build and cultivate relationships with community agencies and influences to improve access for eligible families.
- Identify and execute innovative activation strategies to encourage families to select Nest as their primary care provider.
- Help build, refine, and leverage reporting dashboards to meet targets, prioritize outreach modalities, and refine outreach approaches.
- Participate in developing and refining messaging, conversation guides, and FAQs to improve outreach effectiveness.
- May work flexible or extended hours to accomplish business goals.
What We're Looking For
- 2-5 years of related experience in a sales, direct marketing, or customer service role.
- Experience working in outreach, organizing, or coordinated campaigning.
- Willingness to educate and encourage vaccination against COVID-19.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience working independently and successfully to hit ambitious sales targets.
- Demonstrated team player who enjoys collaborating with others to meet shared goals.
- Entrepreneurial and creative problem solver.
- Engaging personality with active listening skills and ability to demonstrate empathy.
- Proficiency in Excel and/or CRM tools like Salesforce is a plus.
- Bilingual skills, especially in Spanish, is a plus.
