About the Role

This position is responsible for initiating contact with potential clients, qualifying leads, and setting appointments for the sales team through structured outbound campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate outbound calls and emails to prospective clients
  • Identify and research potential customer accounts
  • Engage decision-makers through cold calling and messaging
  • Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts
  • Follow up with leads according to defined processes
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly activity targets
  • Use CRM tools to track interactions and outcomes
  • Collaborate with team members on outreach strategies
  • Adhere to sales scripts while personalizing outreach
  • Report on call metrics and conversion rates
  • Stay updated on product offerings and market trends
  • Respond to inbound inquiries when necessary
  • Participate in training and coaching sessions
  • Escalate qualified opportunities to account executives
  • Manage time effectively across multiple campaigns
  • Contribute to process improvements in lead generation
  • Work within compliance guidelines for communication
  • Build rapport with prospects in a professional manner
  • Handle objections and rejections constructively
  • Maintain a high level of motivation and focus
  • Support team goals while meeting individual KPIs
  • Adapt messaging based on regional market nuances
  • Ensure data privacy and confidentiality standards
  • Attend team meetings and performance reviews
