Staking Facilities GmbH is looking for an Operations Project Manager to coordinate high-impact initiatives across technical and strategic functions at our blockchain infrastructure company. You'll be hands-on with everything from compliance to partner coordination and cross-functional projects, working closely with leadership, engineering, and partners.
What You'll Do
- Act as a point of contact for clients and partners, coordinating internal responses, onboarding, and delivery.
- Plan and steer internal cross-functional initiatives.
- Maintain and evolve operational processes such as onboarding, contract tracking, and internal documentation.
- Coordinate and improve our internal Information Security Management System (ISMS), including audits, documentation, and continuous improvement.
- Support leadership with strategic project delivery, decision tracking, and internal communications.
- Help structure our growing operations function as we expand across new domains.
- Bring a systems mindset: spotting inefficiencies, building documentation, and creating clarity where there is ambiguity.
What We're Looking For
- Existing experience in project management, operations, or IT consulting.
- Able to independently run projects and coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
- Technically curious: able to get your head around how things work in infrastructure and software engineering.
- Comfortable context-switching and juggling multiple topics at once.
- Clear communicator, both written and verbal.
- Familiar with compliance frameworks or eager to learn (e.g. ISO 27001, ISMS).
- Experience with internal tooling, documentation systems, and dashboards.
- You take ownership, follow through, and bring structure.
- Comfortable in a fast-moving environment, and thrive when trusted to run with responsibility.
- Fluency in English required.
- Open to occasional travel and team meetups.
Nice to Have
- German language skills are a strong plus.
