EWOR GmbH is a radically selective fellowship backing the world's top 0.1% of founder prodigies. We are hiring a Sustainability Co-Founder / CPTO to build and run your own startup. You will embark on a journey with a salary or funding, intensive support, and a fully customized personal development program crafted by unicorn founders, aiming to scale your company to €100M+ in revenues and ultimately a €1B+ valuation.
What You'll Do
- Build and run your own startup in fields such as Sustainability.
- Embark on an extensive personal development journey crafted by unicorn founders and follow a fully customized program enhancing your goal, time, and energy management.
- Iterate your product until reaching product-market-fit.
- Build up a sales force or create a marketing empire.
What We're Looking For
- Based in Europe or the Americas or open to relocate.
- Willingness to take full responsibility for your own startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenues.
- Excellent communication skills and English language proficiency.

- A salary while you build your startup as you will be directly employed by EWOR. Alternatively, you can opt for up to €500k in funding.
