Attentive is hiring an Operations & Industry Solutions - Senior Consultant

Responsibilities

  • Working directly with clients, including senior executives, across a wide range of organisations to drive operational excellence and deliver transformational change.
  • Reporting to Directors and Partners who provide guidance and direction, while also supporting learning and career development.
  • Defining and managing project scope, guiding project-based delivery teams, and providing clients with insights to improve organisational performance and outcomes.
  • Delivering improvements in the areas of process and cost optimisation, procurement, digital operations, asset management and programme delivery.
  • Gaining exposure to a range of industries and continuing to learn every day, developing core capabilities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in professional services, delivering complex public sector programmes across government domains.
  • Hands-on experience delivering transformation initiatives, including digital service implementations, system transitions, and process redesign across large-scale programmes.
  • Strong understanding of operational delivery in public sector environments, with the ability to translate strategic objectives into improved user journeys, service performance, and measurable outcomes.
  • Strong analytical capability, with proven experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Power BI, and Excel to interpret performance data, identify inefficiencies, and drive evidence-based improvements.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted stakeholder relationships, working closely with product owners, delivery managers, and multidisciplinary teams to align on solutions and drive delivery.
  • Confident communicator, experienced in translating complex technical and operational concepts into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills, with experience leading workshops, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and navigating change across diverse programme teams.
  • Awareness of emerging digital and analytical tools, including AI in programme management and modern data platforms, with experience contributing to thought leadership and innovation initiatives.
  • Passion for developing others, with experience mentoring junior team members, leading early careers initiatives, and coaching colleagues on programme assessment tools and delivery approaches.
