You will play a key role in supporting financial institutions such as banks, hedge funds, and asset managers by delivering expert guidance on operational processes within the MX.3 platform. Your work will span consulting, technical configuration, and client collaboration to ensure efficient and accurate system implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on optimal approaches for organizational modeling, transaction lifecycle workflows, trade confirmation, matching, settlements, collateral handling, and accounting practices within MX.3.
- Support client deployments by engaging in requirements analysis, system design, configuration, testing, and go-live activities, including on-site or remote workshops and documentation.
- Respond to client inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and assist with system upgrades and maintenance.
- Bridge client needs with internal development teams by clearly articulating functional and technical requirements.
- Deliver training sessions to both internal teams and external clients to enhance product understanding and adoption.
- Collaborate with sales teams as a functional specialist, providing insight during client evaluations and solution scoping.
Qualifications and Skills
You bring 0–3 years of experience in financial technology or banking operations, with a solid academic foundation in engineering, finance, computer science, or a related field. Fluency in both English and Spanish—spoken and written—is required. You approach problems methodically, think critically, and communicate complex ideas clearly.
Experience with Unix/Linux, SQL, XSL, or basic programming is an advantage. Familiarity with financial trade workflows and accounting principles will help you succeed in this role.
