Savii is looking for an Operations Business Analyst to focus on our B2C operations and the management of operational expenses (Opex). You will analyze processes, identify efficiency opportunities, and support data-driven decisions in a dynamic environment.
What You'll Do
- Analyze B2C operational workflows to identify improvement opportunities
- Monitor and report on operational expenses (Opex), providing insights for cost management
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key operational metrics
- Collaborate with operations teams to implement process enhancements
- Translate business needs into clear requirements and analytical models
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a business analyst role, specifically within B2C operations
- Strong analytical skills with experience managing and analyzing operational expenses (Opex)
- Ability to communicate complex data findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI platforms)
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on process improvement and efficiency
