univativ GmbH is looking for an Operations Analyst (m/w/d) to support a leading financial institution by steering business operations, managing risks, and driving strategic improvements. In this dynamic role, you will optimize processes and contribute directly to the successful implementation of strategic goals.
What You'll Do
- Plan and steer daily business operations in alignment with the bank's strategic goals.
- Identify improvement potential for products and services and develop implementation plans.
- Use your knowledge of internal processes to help shape forward-looking business strategies.
- Proactively recognize and manage risk areas to support the bank's strategy.
- Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders and communicate changes to processes and controls.
What We're Looking For
- A completed commercial apprenticeship of at least three years.
- Experience in the corporate client sector and in processing complex processes.
- German language skills at native level.
