Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end onboarding transactions in ADP and HR systems with a high level of accuracy and timeliness
- Initiate, monitor, and track:
- Background checks
- Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) verifications
- Identify and resolve onboarding delays tied to system or data issues
- Perform regular audits of new hire records to ensure:
- Data accuracy (job codes, locations, start dates, etc.)
- Compliance with internal standards
- Maintain accurate and complete employee records to support:
- Payroll readiness
- Benefits eligibility
- Downstream HR processes
- Process onboarding for division-specific hires, ensuring correct workflows and requirements are applied
- Partner closely with Talent Acquisition to ensure Day 1 system readiness
- Collaborate cross-functionally with:
- HR Operations
- Payroll
- IT
- Follow established SOPs and controls to ensure compliance and audit readiness
Requirements
- 1–3+ years experience in:
- HR / onboarding coordination
- HRIS or system-based administrative work
- High-volume, detail-oriented operational roles
- High School Diploma
Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience with HRIS systems (ADP preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree
