Role Overview
This position is responsible for managing the complete onboarding lifecycle for new employees across various regions and start dates. You will ensure each step of the process is compliant, accurate, and efficiently executed, delivering a consistent and positive experience for all new hires.
Key Responsibilities
- Support candidates throughout onboarding by addressing inquiries, resolving system issues in SuccessFactors, and guiding them through required steps.
- Track and manage background checks, motor vehicle reports (MVR), and drug screenings, including follow-up with candidates and handling adverse action procedures when necessary.
- Verify onboarding data for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with hiring guidelines and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR teams, and business leaders to resolve issues and maintain onboarding timelines.
- Ensure new hires are correctly entered into the HR system on time to meet operational and scheduling needs.
- Contribute to the improvement of onboarding tools, processes, and documentation, promoting consistent adoption across teams.
- Maintain clear, timely communication with candidates, hiring managers, and coordinators to support a seamless experience.
- Participate in special projects focused on enhancing efficiency, compliance, and data integrity within onboarding operations.
Required Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or operational support roles.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience using SAP SuccessFactors or comparable HRIS/ATS platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background supporting high-volume hiring, seasonal recruitment, or onboarding programs.
- Experience auditing or validating data for compliance and accuracy.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively across departments.

Work Environment
This role operates in a hybrid model, with in-office presence expected Monday through Thursday and remote work on Fridays. The schedule allows for occasional adjustments to support critical projects or business needs, with minimal travel required.
