ITV PLC is seeking an Okta Engineer to join our Workplace Technology department. In this role, you will be a key facilitator in delivering ITV’s Identity & Access Management Strategy, working collaboratively across teams to support the Workplace Technology roadmap.
What You'll Do
- Administer Identity services including Okta and an in-house Joiners, Movers, Leavers (JML) automated account management system.
- Maintain SSO integrations for tools delivering Identity to ITV, including Okta, Active Directory, Google Workspace, Oracle Fusion, and in-house JML systems.
- Integrate applications to use SSO with Okta, liaising with application owners to gather requirements and develop integration approaches.
- Assist in identifying, analyzing, and resolving system design weaknesses.
- Troubleshoot and manage the resolution of issues related to identities, systems, access, accounts, authentication, authorization, entitlements, and permissions.
- Troubleshoot, support, and resolve system incidents, problems, and changes as required.
- Determine and recommend the most appropriate response to complex problems, issues, and/or defects by assessing impact and prioritization.
- Ensure the maintenance, patching, operating, and monitoring of IAM systems are in place and completed.
- Work closely with operational teams, Cyber Security, and Application Owners on provisioning workflows and the operational management and roadmap development of all Identity services.
- Provide technical expertise and work with the business to drive process improvements through automation.
- Identify strategic opportunities for improvement of Identity Management based on industry trends, best practices, and business needs.
