ITV PLC is seeking an Okta Engineer to join our Workplace Technology department. In this role, you will be a key facilitator in delivering ITV’s Identity & Access Management Strategy, working collaboratively across teams to support the Workplace Technology roadmap.

What You'll Do

Administer Identity services including Okta and an in-house Joiners, Movers, Leavers (JML) automated account management system.
Maintain SSO integrations for tools delivering Identity to ITV, including Okta, Active Directory, Google Workspace, Oracle Fusion, and in-house JML systems.
Integrate applications to use SSO with Okta, liaising with application owners to gather requirements and develop integration approaches.
Assist in identifying, analyzing, and resolving system design weaknesses.
Troubleshoot and manage the resolution of issues related to identities, systems, access, accounts, authentication, authorization, entitlements, and permissions.
Troubleshoot, support, and resolve system incidents, problems, and changes as required.
Determine and recommend the most appropriate response to complex problems, issues, and/or defects by assessing impact and prioritization.
Ensure the maintenance, patching, operating, and monitoring of IAM systems are in place and completed.
Work closely with operational teams, Cyber Security, and Application Owners on provisioning workflows and the operational management and roadmap development of all Identity services.
Provide technical expertise and work with the business to drive process improvements through automation.
Identify strategic opportunities for improvement of Identity Management based on industry trends, best practices, and business needs.
