St. Louis County, MO is hiring an Office Services Coordinator to provide essential office support and manage the day-to-day operations for the Recorder of Deeds team within the Department of Revenue. This role performs complex administrative tasks, ensures quality control, and helps maintain the accuracy of a defined unit.
What You'll Do
- Perform complex administrative and clerical tasks related to the operations of the Recorder of Deeds.
- Provide guidance, direction, and training to staff while reviewing work for accuracy.
- Prepare reports and summaries of work production.
- Coordinate projects with internal and external vendors and other partners.
- Coordinate arrangements for travel.
- Assist unit supervisors with information maintenance including forms, advertising, and website.
- Maintain inventory of all supplies and equipment necessary for the function of the office.
- May have independent assignments not associated with other's work.
What We're Looking For
- Equivalent to four years of professional work experience in a general office environment.
- All employees must remain current in the payment of their personal and real property taxes.
Nice to Have
- Public sector work experience.
- Effective communication skills across work groups and departments.
