What You'll Do
- Steer the daily office operations.
- Act as the central contact person for employees, service providers, and guests.
- Manage office equipment and coordinate suppliers.
- Support internal events and projects.
- Maintain filing systems and databases.
- Handle general administrative tasks.
What We're Looking For
- Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification.
- Experience in office management or an assistant role.
- Structured working style and hands-on mentality.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Very good German and English language skills.
