About the Role

bachert&partner is looking for an Office Manager (m/w/d) for an international FinTech company. You will be responsible for shaping the day-to-day office life in a dynamic tech environment with a high degree of autonomy, based in Düsseldorf.

What You'll Do

  • Steer the daily office operations.
  • Act as the central contact person for employees, service providers, and guests.
  • Manage office equipment and coordinate suppliers.
  • Support internal events and projects.
  • Maintain filing systems and databases.
  • Handle general administrative tasks.

What We're Looking For

  • Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification.
  • Experience in office management or an assistant role.
  • Structured working style and hands-on mentality.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Very good German and English language skills.
