HEY HOLY GmbH seeks an Office Manager (m/w/d) to oversee daily operations within our international FinTech setting. This role is central to maintaining our modern Düsseldorf office, ensuring smooth administrative workflows and supporting our collaborative, flat-hierarchy team.

What You'll Do

  • Organize and manage day-to-day office life
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage office supplies and coordinate external service providers
  • Support internal projects and events
  • Maintain filing structures and databases
  • Handle general administrative tasks

What We're Looking For

  • A completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification
  • Experience in office management or an assistant role
  • Independent work style and strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office
  • Good German and English language skills
