Midi Health is hiring a Nurse Practitioner - Massachusetts (MA) License

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
  • Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests as needed.
  • Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
  • Educate patients and families on health management and preventive care.
  • Document patient encounters and maintain accurate medical records.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices.
  • Perform routine check-ups and screenings to monitor patient health.
  • Manage chronic conditions and provide ongoing care and support.
  • Conduct physical examinations and perform diagnostic procedures.
  • Administer immunizations and other preventive care services.
  • Coordinate care with specialists and other healthcare providers as needed.
  • Provide health education and counseling to promote wellness and disease prevention.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and provide after-hours care as scheduled.
