Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end automation process from initial discovery through design, implementation, and continuous monitoring across CRM, communication, financial, and analytical systems. • Create enterprise-grade workflows incorporating advanced webhook strategies, queuing mechanisms, structured logging, alert systems, and comprehensive rollback protocols. • Maintain rigorous data integrity, implement robust privacy protections, manage sensitive information, and establish secure permissioning frameworks. • Generate comprehensive monitoring dashboards, operational manuals, and versioned technical documentation for seamless knowledge transfer.
