Meliá Hotels International is looking for a Night Auditor who is responsible, resourceful, and service-oriented to ensure the safety, tranquility, and excellent service for our guests throughout the night.
What You'll Do
- Perform guest check-ins and check-outs during the night shift.
- Manage reservations, room availability, and other front office tasks.
- Ensure the security and proper functioning of the hotel overnight.
- Attend to guest requests, incidents, and inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
- Conduct night audits and basic administrative closures.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments as needed.
- Ensure compliance with Meliá Hotels International's quality standards.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in reception or customer service, preferably in hospitality.
- A high level of English.
- Availability to work night shifts.
- A responsible, proactive person with the ability to work autonomously.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of hotel management tools like Opera or others.
- Additional languages.
