About the Role

We're looking for a leader who thrives on creating something from nothing. Rather than stepping into a fixed role, you'll propose a new product, feature, or strategic direction that aligns with SentiLink's mission in identity and risk. If selected, you’ll take full ownership of bringing that vision to life.

What You'll Do

  • Originate and pitch a high-impact initiative that advances SentiLink’s capabilities
  • Lead the end-to-end development of your idea, from early concept to scalable solution
  • Clarify ambiguous challenges and shape them into actionable product strategies
  • Collaborate across engineering, data, go-to-market, and operations teams to drive execution
  • Define success metrics, iterate quickly, and adapt based on data and feedback
  • Present your vision and progress directly to company leadership

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to identify, design, and deliver new products or business opportunities
  • Strong product judgment and structured problem-solving skills
  • Experience translating complex business problems into clear, user-focused solutions
  • Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives from idea to impact
  • Deep familiarity with financial services, risk systems, or identity infrastructure
  • Ability to influence without authority and communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Comfort operating in uncertainty and moving quickly with limited direction
  • A builder’s mindset—you’re motivated by creating, not just maintaining
