Responsibilities
- Assists clients in resolving reported product and network issues of varying complexity
- Recreates customer-reported problems in lab settings for analysis
- Collaborates with engineering teams to reproduce issues and evaluate potential solutions
- Addresses technical challenges across a broad range of product offerings
- Manages the full lifecycle of support incidents and service tickets
- Implements and configures system infrastructure components
- Documents solutions and troubleshooting steps in knowledge base articles
- Possession of scripting skills in bash or Python is a bonus
