Responsibilities
- Manage and expand wide area network, software-defined WAN, local area network, and wireless LAN systems.
- Track network performance, capacity planning, and scalability while leading ongoing optimization initiatives.
- Lead infrastructure projects, including rollout of new technologies and installation of networking hardware.
- Identify and resolve network issues across LAN and WAN environments and connected endpoints.
- Automate routine operations to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Develop and keep up to date technical documentation, standards, and operational guidelines.
- Offer technical guidance and support to business units and technology teams.
- Work with cross-functional teams to maintain high standards of network reliability and performance.
