Responsibilities
- Design, build, and support applications using the .NET framework.
- Ensure robust security practices in compliance with HIPAA, state, and federal regulations.
- Use approved development tools, standards, and methodologies to design, code, and test new Windows and web-based software solutions.
- Produce detailed technical documentation and comprehensive test strategies.
- Optimize application performance, reliability, and responsiveness.
- Detect and resolve system inefficiencies, performance issues, and software defects.
- Manage and administer internal intranet platforms.
- Maintain current intranet applications with a target uptime of 99.99%.
- Develop and support database systems using MSSQL and PL/SQL to serve .NET applications, ensuring 99.99% availability.
- Evaluate current systems and recommend improvements by aligning technical changes with business goals.
- Carry out additional tasks as directed by management.
