BANCO GUAYAQUIL S.A. is seeking a Multimedia Designer to develop compelling content for the bank's diverse digital platforms, designed to engage users at every phase of the conversion funnel.

What You'll Do

Create specific multimedia content for each digital platform.
Develop content for implementation in direct marketing flows.
Produce assets for A/B testing across different digital media.
Analyze the visual performance of graphic pieces based on different digital metrics.
Design content with coherence across all steps of the user flow and touchpoints, including new interfaces for mailings and landing pages focused on user experience.

What We're Looking For

Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or related fields.
Experience in multimedia design and video/audio editing.
Knowledge of graphic and multimedia design tools, including Adobe Creative Cloud.
Strong creativity and innovation skills.
Effective communication abilities.
