The Multi-Skilled/Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician is accountable for sustaining, diagnosing, and rectifying electrical infrastructure and equipment within commercial property environments to guarantee optimal functionality, safety, and adherence to regulatory frameworks. To be assigned across various Philippine regions. Execute preventive maintenance on Electro-Mechanical systems, control panels, switchgear, and distribution infrastructure. Evaluate and preserve lighting arrangements, including LED modernizations and emergency illumination. Service and restore electrical motors, generators, and backup power configurations. Maintain building automation and control mechanisms. Conduct preventive maintenance on commercial HVAC equipment encompassing chillers, cooling towers, air handlers, and rooftop units. Service and preserve air conditioning systems, heat pumps, and ventilation apparatus. Sanitize and replace air filters, coils, and associated system components. Inspect and maintain ductwork, dampers, and air distribution networks. Calibrate thermostats and building automation controls. Perform preventive maintenance on fire alarm systems, sprinkler infrastructure, and fire suppression equipment. Test and inspect fire pumps, standpipes, and hose systems. Maintain emergency lighting and exit signage. Service fire extinguishers and portable fire suppression devices. Examine and test fire doors, dampers, and smoke barriers. Troubleshooting & Repairs: Identify technical challenges utilizing diagnostic equipment. Repair or substitute defective components, parts, wiring, and fixtures. Respond to emergency electro-mechanical issues and power interruptions.
