Adobe is looking for an MTS 2 Android engineer to lead Android development for Adobe Document Cloud's Acrobat Mobile Team. You will own the vision for PDF workflows on Android, define product features, craft system architecture, and implement best practices to ensure a quality product.

- Own the vision for PDF workflows on Android.
- Define product features, craft system architecture, and implement standard methodologies to ensure a quality product.
- Design and build end-to-end solutions that delight users and meet business goals.
- Innovate new features and influence architecture & design.
- Encourage and influence others to grow their creativity and innovation.
- Seek out and learn new technologies & techniques and advocate for their use.
- Regularly share knowledge with peers, both in and out of your team.
- Mentor junior team members.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in computer science/IT.
- Minimum 2+ years of Android development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Kotlin and Java.
- Solid understanding of Android SDK, Android Studio, and related development tools.
- Proven expertise in architecture and design for robust and innovative mobile applications.
- Experience with working on huge codebases.
- Comfortable writing and debugging multi-threaded & asynchronous code in Android and the native Java/C++ libraries.
- Understands the resource constraints of mobile devices and implements robust and efficient solutions with respect to CPU, memory and battery life.
