Kronfried Consulting is hiring an MTRA Remote-Support (m/w/d) to provide expert support to medical professionals, contributing to a dynamic work environment with development opportunities. You will combine remote and on-site support to enhance clinical operations.
What You'll Do
- Work efficiently in local and virtual support teams to assist end customers and employees with remote applications and clinical workflows, primarily for medical applications such as CT, MRI, nuclear medicine, and mammography.
- Act as the main point of contact for clinical administrators and medical technicians to optimize reading and clinical workflows.
- Provide on-site support for end customers.
- Communicate and share information about issues with the central support center and relay solutions to customers.
- Integrate customer feedback into the product lifecycle management process.
What We're Looking For
- Current practical experience and knowledge in multiple imaging modalities, particularly in performing radiological imaging such as advanced MR (e.g., cardiovascular, breast imaging, or spectroscopy) and CT imaging.
- Successfully completed vocational training.
- German language skills (minimum B2 level).
- Experience in the field of CT, MRI, nuclear medicine, or mammography.
