We're looking for a skilled MS Business Central Developer to help build and refine ERP solutions for purpose-driven clients. In this 100% remote role, you'll spend the majority of your time designing, coding, and testing software using the AL development platform, with a strong focus on quality and innovation.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain robust Business Central solutions through clean, efficient code and thorough testing.
- Stay current with platform updates, new releases, and evolving best practices in ERP development.
- Collaborate on technical deep dives to identify issues and implement effective fixes.
- Take ownership of your growth through ongoing training, coaching, and knowledge sharing.
- Build deep expertise in the systems you work on, understanding both technical and business challenges.
What We’re Looking For
- A diploma or degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- At least four years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Five or more years building enterprise-level ERP systems.
- Proven experience creating automated tests within Business Central environments.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality deliverables.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
Preferred Experience
- Post-secondary education in a technology discipline.
- Experience working in fully remote, asynchronous teams.
