Wlt is looking for a Motion Graphics Designer at a mid to senior level to join its Creative team studio, embedded within a client's busy in-house design team. You will be responsible for producing high-quality deliverables within brand guidelines, directly supporting the Video Production and MGFX Team Leaders.
What You'll Do
- Take briefs from clients while advising on the best technical and design solutions.
- Help clients choose effective, functional designs and deliverables within their time frames.
- Negotiate and manage project deadlines.
- Follow standards and digital client guidelines for all branded materials.
- Ensure all quality review checklists are completed and standards are maintained.
What We're Looking For
- Proficiency in After Effects and Photoshop.
- Work experience as a Mid Motion Graphics Designer.
- A creative problem-solving approach.
- Strong level of technical and creative design knowledge.
- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
- A calm, mature personality with the ability to work on your own initiative and in a team, often under pressure and to strict deadlines.
- A collaborative and proactive approach.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Audition, Cinema 4D, Illustrator, Premiere, or After Effects Expressions.

Team & Environment
You will be part of the Creative team studio for a client's in-house design team, which includes Developers, Designers, Motion Graphics and a Film and Photography team. You will report to the Video Production and MGFX Team Leaders.

Work Mode
This is a hybrid position based in either Leeds or Canary Wharf.
