Wlt is looking for a Motion Graphics Designer at a mid to senior level to join its Creative team studio, embedded within a client's busy in-house design team. You will be responsible for producing high-quality deliverables within brand guidelines, directly supporting the Video Production and MGFX Team Leaders.

What You'll Do

Take briefs from clients while advising on the best technical and design solutions.
Help clients choose effective, functional designs and deliverables within their time frames.
Negotiate and manage project deadlines.
Follow standards and digital client guidelines for all branded materials.
Ensure all quality review checklists are completed and standards are maintained.

What We're Looking For

Proficiency in After Effects and Photoshop.
Work experience as a Mid Motion Graphics Designer.
A creative problem-solving approach.
Strong level of technical and creative design knowledge.
Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
A calm, mature personality with the ability to work on your own initiative and in a team, often under pressure and to strict deadlines.
A collaborative and proactive approach.

Nice to Have

Experience with Audition, Cinema 4D, Illustrator, Premiere, or After Effects Expressions.

Team & Environment

You will be part of the Creative team studio for a client's in-house design team, which includes Developers, Designers, Motion Graphics and a Film and Photography team. You will report to the Video Production and MGFX Team Leaders.

Compensation: £30-£35 per hour + holiday pay, depending on experience.

Work Mode

This is a hybrid position based in either Leeds or Canary Wharf.
