Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring a Motion Graphic Lead to shape and lead motion graphics across all digital platforms. In this remote UK role, you will drive creative vision, mentor a team of designers and animators, and ensure all assets are polished, on-brand, and optimized for social media, web, and promotional campaigns.
What You'll Do
- Lead the creation of motion graphics and animations from concept through polished delivery across social, web, and promotional channels.
- Mentor and guide designers and animators, embedding best practices and ensuring high-quality output.
- Set and maintain production pipelines, managing software, hardware, and asset workflows.
- Drive projects with clear timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring work lands on brief and on time.
- Collaborate closely with directors, producers, editors, and business stakeholders to shape creative content.
- Present concepts confidently to clients and internal teams, incorporating feedback to improve outcomes.
- Integrate the latest motion, animation, and video technologies to enhance content campaigns and brand initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Extensive experience leading motion graphics or video production teams, ideally within media or publishing.
- Proven portfolio demonstrating motion design, animation, and video skills, showcasing range, craft, and storytelling impact.
- Strong project planning skills, with the ability to manage multi-platform projects, briefs, and pipelines effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and attention-to-detail capabilities.
- Skilled at collaborating and mentoring teams, providing constructive feedback and fostering a high-performing environment.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D (or similar), and the wider Adobe Creative Suite.
- Comfortable creating visually compelling presentations in Adobe, Google Slides, Canva, or PowerPoint.
- Strong communication skills and ability to inspire and influence both internal and external stakeholders.
