Responsibilities
- Spends the majority of time off-site developing relationships with real estate professionals, builders, and other external partners to generate first mortgage applications.
- Expected to independently identify and pursue potential clients to drive mortgage loan originations.

- Gathers and evaluates financial details from applicants to assess eligibility for mortgage products and property qualifications.
- Conducts applicant interviews to collect data on income, assets, debts, credit history, legal judgments, liens, and property specifics.
- Assesses customer financial situations and identifies lending needs aligned with available products.
- Advises borrowers on loan options, outlining risks, benefits, and terms to recommend suitable financial solutions.
- Proposes appropriate loan terms and conditions based on customer profiles.
- Uses persuasive sales techniques tailored to individual customers to promote mortgage services.
- Manages tasks associated with loans they originate.
- Gathers and reviews credit and financial records relevant to loan applications.
- Monitors active loans to verify adherence to agreed terms.
- Follows up with potential borrowers using phone calls and emails.
- Completes all necessary documentation for originated loans.
- Prepares supporting materials for lending activities.
