Mono Software is seeking an experienced UI Developer with a strong sense for design, details, and technical execution. You will be the key link between the design team and backend developers, building responsive, accessible, and visually consistent user interfaces from prototype to production.

What You'll Do

Be the key link between the design team and backend developers.
Implement responsive, accessible, and visually consistent user interfaces.
Actively participate in the design and development process from prototype to production.

What We're Looking For

Portfolio with examples of previous projects (live or code).
Advanced knowledge of HTML and CSS (PostCSS, Sass, CSS Modules, Tailwind CSS).
Experience with styling tools and architectures (BEM, CSS-in-JS, functional CSS).
Knowledge of JavaScript animation libraries (Framer Motion, GSAP, Lottie).
Experience with React, Angular, or similar modern frameworks.
Excellent proficiency in UI design and design execution tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
Knowledge of browser limits, mobile adaptation, and modern layout technologies (Flexbox, Grid).
Knowledge of Git and basic team development processes.
Excellent knowledge of English, both spoken and written.

Nice to Have

Experience working with design systems.
Knowledge of fluid typography concepts and 4-point grid systems.
Knowledge of build tools (Vite, Webpack) and package managers (npm, pnpm).
Basic knowledge of TypeScript.
Experience with UI testing (Storybook, Testing Library).
