Netcompany seeks a Frontend Engineer to join our team in Patras, Greece. In this role, you will design, develop, and test software solutions that directly address business and customer needs, taking ownership and initiative throughout the development lifecycle.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and test software solutions aligned to business and external customer needs.
- Take ownership, accountability, and initiative for your work.
- Analyze visual designs into implementable design patterns.
What We're Looking For
- A university degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.
- At least 3 years of Angular (version 2 or greater) development experience.
- Strong knowledge of the interaction between JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Ability to create, modify, and style page elements dynamically and with ease.
- Proficiency in MVC Architecture.
- Practical knowledge of version control software.
- Experience consuming RESTful APIs.
- A good command of the English language, both written and verbal.
Nice to Have
- Cross-browser experience, working with backwards compatibility and graceful degradation.
- Experience with Bootstrap and responsive web application development.
- Familiarity with backend development and understanding application layers.
- Experience writing RESTful APIs and a full understanding of RESTful architecture.
- A background in design or an appreciation of good design and UX principles.
- Experience with SQL and comfort with querying databases.
