- Provide in-home hospice and euthanasia care for pets and families
- Practice medicine that aligns with personal values and provides emotional fulfillment
- Conduct an average of 3–4 un-rushed appointments per day
- Engage with families during meaningful end-of-life moments

Team size: more than 400 veterinarians and support professionals. Structure: community of veterinarians practicing independently with support from mentors and practice managers
