GardaWorld is seeking a dedicated Mobile Tactical Guard to join our team. This role focuses on proactively reading environments, anticipating risk, and patrolling various locations. Strong observational skills and physical ability are essential to succeed in this dynamic security position.
What You'll Do
- Ensure the protection of people, property, and assets.
- Monitor and control access to entry and exit points.
- Conduct regular patrols and preventive surveillance.
- Perform asset protection duties.
- Act as a point of contact with authorities and emergency services when required.
- Manage challenging interactions with the public while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
- Respond professionally and calmly to incidents at the site.
What We're Looking For
- Hold a valid Ontario Security Guard License.
- Hold valid First Aid/CPR certification.
- Hold a full G or G-2 Ontario driver's license.
- 1 year of Mobile Security guard experience.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.
- Willing to complete site-specific and Use of Force training as required.
- Physically capable of performing foot patrols and standing/walking for extended periods.
