Jobgether is hiring a Mobile Software Engineer to contribute to challenging mobile engineering projects focusing on low-level solutions leveraging device sensors and native capabilities. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop high-quality, maintainable, and scalable mobile applications in a bilingual environment.

What You'll Do

Design, implement, and maintain mobile software solutions using Java, Android NDK, and C++.
Tackle mid-sized development tasks independently while contributing ideas for technical improvements.
Collaborate with the engineering team to integrate low-level mobile features involving device sensors.
Participate in technical discussions, making informed proposals and contributing to architecture decisions.
Ensure code quality by following best practices, including readability, reusability, and scalability.
Maintain clear communication in a bilingual environment to coordinate with team members across LATAM and beyond.
Optionally support containerization and automation efforts using Docker and Python where applicable.

What We're Looking For

Proficiency in Java and experience with Android NDK.
Familiarity with C++ and low-level mobile development.
Ability to independently tackle mid-sized development tasks.
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to engage in technical discussions.
Fluent in Spanish and English, comfortable working in a bilingual team.
Located in Buenos Aires, Lima, Bogotá, or Santiago de Chile.

Nice to Have

Experience with Docker and Python.
Passion for continuous learning and applying new tools, frameworks, and best practices.
