Allegro is hiring a Mobile Software Engineer

Work as part of the Mobile DEX team, contributing to a major mobile codebase focused on delivery features. You'll develop and refine user-facing functionality, maintain high-quality code standards, and collaborate closely with experienced engineers within an active mobile development community.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and enhance features within one of the industry's most extensive and modular mobile codebases as part of the Delivery Experience team
  • Build and optimize functionality that helps users select delivery options, track parcels, and manage pickups through various methods
  • Design and implement new features while refining existing processes to deliver improved user experiences
  • Ensure code remains clean, maintainable, and scalable across a large and evolving codebase
  • Collaborate daily with a team of experienced mobile engineers through code reviews and knowledge exchange
  • Engage with a mobile developer community of over 100 engineers to share insights and best practices
  • Participate in team events, guest talks, and company-wide gatherings to strengthen collaboration and learning

Requirements

  • Demonstrated enthusiasm for mobile application development
