Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy high-quality Flutter applications with a focus on iOS-specific behavior, performance, and native capabilities
- Develop and maintain .NET backend services using RESTful and event-driven architectures to support mobile functionality
- Utilize AI-powered coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, or similar to enhance development speed, code quality, and efficiency
- Work closely with product managers, UX designers, and QA teams to turn requirements into scalable and maintainable software solutions
- Implement advanced iOS features including push notifications, Bluetooth connectivity, background execution modes, Keychain access, CoreLocation, and App Store deployment processes
- Engage in architectural discussions and help shape the long-term technical direction
- Write comprehensive unit and integration tests and uphold code standards through peer review practices
- Advocate for best practices in performance tuning and memory management on iOS devices
- Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and Azure Pipelines, including workflows for TestFlight distribution
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in mobile development, with significant work on iOS production applications
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart, demonstrating ability to write clean, efficient, and idiomatic Dart code
- Strong working knowledge of Swift and/or Objective-C, particularly for integrating Flutter with native iOS modules
- Proven experience in .NET backend development using C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API, and Entity Framework
- Direct experience with iOS App Store submission processes, including provisioning profiles, certificates, and compliance with review guidelines
- Solid understanding of Flutter state management patterns such as Bloc, Riverpod, or Provider
- Proficiency in working with RESTful APIs, JSON serialization, and asynchronous programming models
- Professional experience using AI-assisted coding tools like GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor, or equivalent
- Experience using Azure DevOps for source control, pull request workflows, and team collaboration

- Familiarity with ELD regulations, FMCSA compliance requirements, and Hours of Service (HOS) workflows
