Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is hiring a Mobile HVAC / Maintenance Technician to ensure the efficient and safe operation of critical building systems. In this mobile role, you will be responsible for operating, inspecting, and maintaining HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across assigned facilities in the Port St. Lucie, FL area.
What You'll Do
- Operate, inspect, and maintain all HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment and systems.
- Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repair response work orders.
- Maintain, operate, and repair HVAC systems, electrical distribution equipment, plumbing systems, and building interiors/exteriors.
- Conduct facility inspections and due diligence efforts, reporting on conditions impacting client occupancy.
- Respond effectively to all emergencies.
- Prepare and submit summary reports with findings and recommended corrective actions.
- Become proficient with building automation systems and fire/life safety systems.
- Comply with all safety procedures and maintain clean, safe work areas.
- Maintain compliance with all applicable State, County, or City Ordinances, Codes, or Laws.
- Support after-hours building activities as required and attend periodic training seminars.
What We're Looking For
- Universal EPA 608 Certification.
- Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in building engineering with a strong background in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical equipment repair.
- Valid state driver’s license.
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs. and climb up to 30 ft. ladders.
- Ability to perform on-call duties and overtime as required.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of overall MEP/HVAC system design and application.
- Experience managing work orders and utilizing CMMS technology.
- Experience in a service-related role specific to commercial facilities.

- Compensation range: $70,720.00 – $76,960.00 USD per year.
