At AURORA, we are building a premium lifestyle management mobile app. We are seeking a contract Mobile Engineer specializing in Flutter to own and ship core functionality end-to-end. You will collaborate closely with product and design to define the standards for performance, polish, and reliability in our always-on product.
What You'll Do
- Own and ship core mobile functionality from conception to delivery.
- Collaborate closely with product and design teams.
- Help define and uphold standards for performance, polish, and reliability.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience developing mobile applications.
- At least 3 years of production experience with Flutter.
- A focus on delivering polished, high-quality applications.
- Proven ability to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
- Strong attention to detail ensuring an exceptional user experience.
- Proficiency in building applications that adapt seamlessly to various screen sizes and orientations.
- Experience optimizing Flutter applications for performance (smooth animations, fast load times, efficient resource use).
- Experience integrating with backend APIs and connecting third-party services.
- A meticulous approach to testing and debugging.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to work closely with designers, product managers, and backend engineers.

You will join a core team of 15, working directly with the CTO and founding Product Manager, and will report to the CTO.
