Rillet is looking for an ML/AI Engineer to work on the core systems that power our AI-driven workflows. You will join our growing engineering team and work closely with the CTO, product, and design to help build industry-defining accounting and finance software.

What You'll Do

Help define Rillet's ML and AI direction for years to come.
Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, designers, and finance experts to define ML solutions.
Deeply understand user problems and find the best methodology to solve them.
Develop automated pipelines and processes to train and evaluate models.
Integrate ML/AI models into production systems and ensure their scalability, reliability, and performance.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of relevant professional experience in product-driven tech companies.
Strong Python experience (numpy, pandas, sklearn, pytorch, etc.) across ML techniques and backend engineering.
Experience with LLM-based agent frameworks.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Can work both independently and collaboratively in a small team.
Enjoy finding practical solutions to real user problems without compromising on quality.
Have a passion for learning and sharing your expertise with others.

Nice to Have

Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Artificial Intelligence.
