Augmodo is hiring an ML Data Scientist to play the key role in owning the entire data lifecycle for machine learning and computer vision development. You will define evaluation processes and build the infrastructure to support continuous AI model improvement.

What You'll Do

• Own the end-to-end data lifecycle for large-scale computer vision and ML development: from defining, collecting, curating, updating, cataloging to versioning.
• Define and own ML model evaluation and testing methodology, process and metrics.
• Partner with ML infrastructure engineers to define and develop ML CI/CD.
• Collect, manage, analyze and visualize large-scale data sets using data platforms, tools and techniques.
• Optimize and fine-tune AI-driven spatial models for performance and scalability.
• Analyze and interpret data to extract meaningful insights to improve AI models.

What We're Looking For

• Expertise in end-to-end data development, model evaluation and performance analytics for deep learning and ML.
• Strong skills in Python and SQL.
• Proficient in analysis and building for data analytics tooling and visualization.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• 5 years of experience in data science or related roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.

Nice to Have

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or a related technical field.
• Experience developing analytics, evaluation and visualization for petabyte-scale, real-time data processing pipelines and products.
• Experience with DevOps tools such as Git, CI/CD, and/or Docker.

Team & Environment

You will work with CV engineers and partner closely with ML infrastructure engineers.

Benefits & Compensation

• Compensation: $155,000 - $210,000 USD + equity.
• Equity.

Work Mode

This position is local-country. Candidates must be based in the USA, Canada, or the UK.
