Anavah Talent is looking for a bilingual Mission Support Administrator to provide comprehensive executive, operational, and communication support to leadership focused on church multiplication. You will be a critical partner in streamlining operations and amplifying impact.
What You'll Do
- Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements for leadership.
- Handle expenses, reimbursements, and conduct monthly financial tracking.
- Attend key meetings, take detailed notes, and assign clear action items.
- Assist with donor coordination and development tasks.
- Maintain partner communications and manage impact reporting.
- Help run email campaigns, newsletters, and prepare weekly updates.
- Translate and maintain resources and communications in Spanish.
- Coordinate the production of podcasts and other digital content.
- Build and maintain automated workflows to streamline team operations.
What We're Looking For
- A committed and growing relationship with Jesus Christ and active participation in a local church.
- 5+ years of Executive Assistant or similar support experience.
- Native Spanish proficiency combined with excellent written English.
- Exceptional attention to detail, highly organized, and results-oriented.
- A self-starter with an "owner" mindset who takes initiative.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Workspace, WordPress, and AI workflow tools.
- Process-oriented with a demonstrated ability to improve workflows.
- Professional and warm interpersonal skills.
