MVP360 Management is hiring a Military Installation Youth Sports Liaison to create fun, developmental, and memorable sports experiences for children of military families. You will lead and inspire kids ages 4–17 in multi-sport camps and clinics on base, driving our mission to inspire the next generation through sports and innovation within a culture of creativity and collaboration.
What You'll Do
- Develop detailed activity plans, including timelines and required resources.
- Team Management and Coordination: Work effectively with onsite volunteer staff.
- Risk Management and Problem-Solving: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and make quick adjustments.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary liaison at the installation, providing regular updates, managing expectations, and reporting progress.
- Recruit and identify enthusiastic volunteer staff for camps and clinics.
- Fill in for coaches as needed to ensure program quality.
- Drive sports marketing and branding initiatives to elevate MVP360’s presence.
- Attend meetings as necessary for the company and in support of the contract.
- Collaborate with the CEO and Director of Operations on additional projects.
What We're Looking For
- Must have a valid and active Military ID as an Active Duty, Guard, Reserve, or Coast Guard service member.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Tech-savvy, with proficiency in email, social media, and related tools.
- Upbeat, outgoing personality that aligns with our collaborative team culture.
- Passion for sports, athletics, events, and marketing.
- Extensive sport-specific knowledge or general athletics experience.
- Must pass all local, state, and federal criminal and child abuse background checks.
- Availability for afternoon, evening, and weekend hours during the school year.
- Must wear MVP360 shirt at ALL times while on duty.
Nice to Have
- Passport is a plus but not required.
- Current or past participation in sports.
Work Mode
This is an onsite position located at multiple military installation sites.
