Soar With Us is hiring two Middleweight Graphic Designers to join our growing creative teams. You will create high-converting paid social assets, primarily for Meta Ads, working closely with an Art Director, internal teams, and clients to combine visual impact with commercial results.
What You'll Do
- Design high-performing ad creatives for D2C eCommerce brands.
- Collaborate with the Art Director and design team to concept, execute, and iterate ad designs.
- Apply performance data to continuously improve your creative output.
- Stay up-to-date with trends in design and digital marketing.
- Support internal brand development through presentations, pitch decks, and reports.
- Maintain and evolve the agency's visual identity in line with strategic goals.
- Present and refine design work based on feedback and analytics.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably with a focus on ad creatives and performance marketing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Figma.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating digital ad work and performance-driven design.
- Excellent communication skills—you can confidently present ideas and interpret briefs.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects to tight deadlines.
- High attention to detail and pride in delivering polished work.
- Fluent English proficiency (written and spoken).
- A proven track record of designing high-converting ad creatives.
- Understand performance marketing and what drives engagement.
- Are passionate about design and follow trends that make brands win online.
- Are confident in managing client relationships and taking initiative.
- Have a “can-do” attitude and strive to exceed expectations.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Nice to Have
- A degree in Graphic Design or related field is a plus—but not essential.
