Prep Academy Tutors is seeking a Middle School Tutor (Pre-Algebra) to join our dynamic team. We are a private in-home and online tutoring company dedicated to providing top-tier educational support. In this hybrid role, you will ignite a love of learning and help students achieve their fullest potential by providing customized academic support based on the Louisiana curriculum.
What You'll Do
- Empower students with targeted academic support aligned with the Louisiana Pre-Algebra curriculum.
- Develop and implement customized learning plans to help students master course material.
- Provide both remedial support and enrichment opportunities tailored to individual student needs.
- Collaborate closely with parents to keep them informed of student progress, struggles, and successes.
What We're Looking For
- A valid registration with the New Orleans Department of Education.
- A qualified teacher in the United States or someone actively working toward certification.
- A current teacher candidate pursuing a Bachelor of Education.
- Experience as a lecturer or course instructor at an accredited U.S. or Canadian university.
