Staff4Me is looking for a Mid-Level Back-end Developer with AWS experience to join our team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain the back-end of our web applications using AWS services, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze project requirements.
- Design and develop the back-end architecture and logic of web applications.
- Utilize AWS services for the development and deployment of applications.
- Implement secure and efficient API integrations with external systems or services.
- Debug and resolve technical issues to ensure the functionality and stability of web applications.
- Perform code reviews and provide and receive constructive feedback to improve code quality.
- Assist in the documentation and maintenance of software specifications and user manuals.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends in back-end development and AWS.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience as a Back-end Developer or similar role.
- Proficiency in back-end development using languages such as Python, Java, or Node.js.
- Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.
- Experience with AWS services, such as EC2, Lambda, DynamoDB, or RDS.
- Knowledge of RESTful API development and integration.
- Good understanding with Linux environment.
- Understanding of database systems and SQL.
- Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
