Staff4Me is looking for a Mid-Level Back-end Developer with AWS experience to join our team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain the back-end of our web applications using AWS services, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.

What You'll Do

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze project requirements.
Design and develop the back-end architecture and logic of web applications.
Utilize AWS services for the development and deployment of applications.
Implement secure and efficient API integrations with external systems or services.
Debug and resolve technical issues to ensure the functionality and stability of web applications.
Perform code reviews and provide and receive constructive feedback to improve code quality.
Assist in the documentation and maintenance of software specifications and user manuals.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends in back-end development and AWS.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of experience as a Back-end Developer or similar role.
Proficiency in back-end development using languages such as Python, Java, or Node.js.
Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.
Experience with AWS services, such as EC2, Lambda, DynamoDB, or RDS.
Knowledge of RESTful API development and integration.
Good understanding with Linux environment.
Understanding of database systems and SQL.
Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
