The Mid-Level All-source Analyst conducts intelligence analysis with a focus on HUMINT and CI/HUMINT disciplines. The role supports tactical and operational-level intelligence requirements within the Department of Defense or equivalent government agencies, requiring strong research, writing, and briefing skills.
Responsibilities
- Conducts research using both unclassified and classified databases to support intelligence products
- Tracks and evaluates strategic and operational intelligence data
- Provides research assistance for analysts preparing Intelligence Community reports and briefings
- May act as a liaison to clients and coordinate with subcontractors, government staff, and technical specialists
- Researches, writes, and coordinates threat assessments to support military commanders and U.S. intelligence leaders
- Delivers intelligence assessments to members of the Intelligence Community
- May help develop and maintain analytical policies and procedures
Requirements
- Associate's Degree plus four years of directly relevant experience
- Minimum of four years of analytical experience at the tactical or operational level within DoD or equivalent government agencies
- Former military occupational specialty including MOS 35F, 350F, 18F, 35D, 34A, or USMC 0211, 0231, 0239, or U.S. Navy Intelligence Specialist, or USAF 14NX, 1N0XX, 1N771, 1N451A, or equivalent DoD Joint Service specialty
- Current TS/SCI clearance within the past five years
- Active CI scope polygraph with at least one year currency or willingness to complete one prior to deployment
- Skilled in using standard computer applications and intelligence automation tools to support analysis and product creation

- Demonstrates strong research, analytical, and writing abilities
- Able to function effectively as part of an analytical team while working remotely in support of CJOA requirements
- Possesses briefing skills with the ability to clearly communicate information
- Has experience in CI/HUMINT analysis
- Has experience in CI/HUMINT, counterterrorism, or political/military analysis in CENTCOM or other areas of responsibility
