DevSavant is looking for a Mid-Level AI Integrations Solutions Developer to build customer-facing automation solutions using our Communications Automation Platform and AI-powered Workflows. You will work closely with key stakeholders, including customers, to develop solutions and designs that solve real-world technical challenges.

What You'll Do

Build customer-facing automation solutions using our Communications Automation Platform and AI-powered Workflows.
Develop code, scripts, custom reports, and other artifacts required to solve customer technical issues.
Contribute to design documents and participate in design reviews.
Be proactive and inquisitive in identifying and finding solutions to complex problems.
Work closely with key stakeholders including the customer, to develop solutions and designs.
Determine severity and impact of issues on the business and communicate status to Management.
Work both independently and with a group of highly skilled developers.
Be flexible with work hours and schedule; provide on-demand support as needed.
Keep up to date on industry technical trends and new development methodologies to maintain current skills.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or a related field; equivalent work experience and/or relevant Programming Certifications may be considered.
Experience with Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, Machine Learning, Speech Recognition, Text to Speech, and Natural Language Processing.
Experience in utilizing generative AI (e.g., LLMs, generative image models) in inference and fine-tuning tasks.
At least 2 years of experience with Node JS, Angular JS, Express JS, React JS, or Mongoose JS.
At least 2 years of experience implementing RESTful web APIs.
At least 2 years of experience working with web services (SOAP and REST) with JSON and XML.
At least 1 year of experience with SQL and/or NoSQL (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB preferred).
At least 2 years of experience with Python, or other scripting languages (e.g. R, or similar).
Strong understanding and experience using OO design principles and test-driven development.
At least 1 year of experience in Sigma BI for reporting and dashboards.
At least 1 year of experience with Snowflake.
Experience in troubleshooting software issues.
Strong problem-solving, organizational, prioritization, and documentation skills.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, including the ability to communicate clearly with non-technical individuals.
Ability to effectively and efficiently solve mission critical technical problems in a startup-paced environment.
