Intercon Solutions GmbH is looking for a Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central Consultant to strengthen its ERP team. In this 100% remote role, you will analyze business requirements, configure and customize Dynamics 365 Business Central, and support and optimize existing ERP processes.
What You'll Do
- Analyze and capture business unit requirements and translate them into Business Central solutions.
- Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Manage and continuously optimize existing BC processes and functions.
- Act as an interface between business departments, IT, and external service providers.
- Coordinate, test, and approve updates, extensions, and new modules.
- Support users in day-to-day operations (2nd/3rd level support).
- Document processes, solutions, and system customizations.
- Train and enable key users and end users.
What We're Looking For
- Completed degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, or comparable IT education.
- Several years of experience in the Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central environment.
- Understanding of operational processes and ability to transfer business processes into ERP systems.
- Responsible, entrepreneurial thinking and willingness to take ownership of projects.
- Strong communication skills and a structured, goal-oriented way of working.
- Fluent German and English language skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience in project management within the Dynamics NAV/Business Central environment.
