Responsibilities
- Leading discovery sessions and solution design.
- Bridging the gap between business and technical teams.
- Architecting fit-for-purpose Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform solutions.
- Leading cross-functional teams of developers and functional consultants to deliver high-quality outcomes for customers.
- Coaching and mentoring consultants and contributing to internal capability development.
- Driving product innovation and reusability through internal development initiatives.
- Driving best practice across analysis, documentation, and delivery.
- Remaining actively involved post-implementation, nurturing long-term customer relationships, guiding optimisation opportunities, and ensuring customers continue to receive the best possible support and value from their solution after go-live.
- Representing Theta in the wider Dynamics 365 and Power Platform community through forums, presentations, and events
Requirements
- 10+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform
- Experience in leading and delivering small, medium and large-scale projects across a range of industries.
- Strong expertise in functional solution architecture, analysis, design, configuration and end-to-end delivery within Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.
- Proven leadership in delivering successful projects and managing stakeholder relationships at all levels.
- Excellent communication skills, including strong verbal and written English, with the ability to present confidently and facilitate effective workshops.
- Ability to lead and guide stakeholders through business problem analysis and translate strategic objectives into practical, scalable Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
Nice to Have
- Experience is ideal, but a strong interest and active development in this area is equally welcome.
- Familiarity with leveraging AI tools (e.g., Copilot) to enhance productivity in analysis, documentation, and solution design.
