Responsibilities
- Handle inbound leads and convert them into new customers
- Make daily outbound dials to follow up with prospects and move deals forward
- Sell recruiting and hiring solutions across multiple industries
- Run discovery calls to understand hiring needs, urgency, and budget
- Present recruiting service options clearly and confidently
- Manage your pipeline and deals through a CRM
- Hit and exceed monthly revenue targets
Requirements
- 1–3+ years of Account Executive or inside sales experience
- Experience selling to inbound leads (not just cold outbound)
- Comfortable making high-volume dials and running live calls
- Organized, coachable, and competitive
Nice to Have
- Confident selling services (recruiting, staffing, SaaS, or B2B preferred)
- Able to sell across different industries and buyer personas

Additional Information
- OTE $72k–$125k+ with uncapped upside
